Hi, I've been advised we need to use a different version of ring central due to our current solution going end of life. Could call notification be setup in the same way as the previous software?
We work using remote desktops and having the call window popup and being able to answer it while in your remote session would be really helpful.

Please revise your question. I have no idea what problem you are talking about.

- "Our current solution ...", what is your solution?
- "We work using remote desktop ...", what is this?
- "in your remote session ..", what is this?
Different version - We currently use RC softphone although this has stopped working for a number of staff. After speaking with RC support they advised we need to start using RC App instead.
Current solution - We use RC softphone but this has stopped working for a number of staff.
An example of a remote desktop would be Citrix? It's a remote PC/server that staff log into so they can work.
Are you talking about RC Softphone and RC Desktop App (RC APP ) ?
