Distinctive Ring Inside vs. Outside Callers

Would it be possible to create a distinctive ring between inside and outside callers?

Do you mean a different tone when a RC call comes in on your mobile device? I never know if it is a RC call or a regular cell call when my cell rings and I would love to have a different ring tone for all RC calls vs cell calls.
