How to enable Auto Log SMS and Auto Log Notes for all users

As the question suggests - we are able to enable call recording so how can we do the same for SMS and Notes? It is off by default so if a user does not configure this, it is manual and missed.

@Mark Schultz as of now, we don't have an option to enable this feature in bulk. Please submit a feature request for this at https://ideas.ringcentral.com/
