Rainbow Office use sandbox

Hi!
I have created my application and should now test it through the sandbox account.
I have to use Rainbow Office and not RingCentral.
From RingCentral I see that to activate the account just use CTRL + F2 (https://community.ringcentral.com/questions/9845/ringcentral-phone-with-sandbox-account.html) but from Rainbow Office it doesn't work.
How can I do?

Regards

I think your sandbox should be on the same server as the RingCentral office sandbox. Can you try again to log in at the RingCentral Devtest web app.

Developer sandbox tools

Using the RingCentral Phone for Desktop, you can dial or receive test calls, send and receive test SMS or Fax messages in your sandbox environment.

Download RingCentral Phone for Desktop:

Tip: switch to the "sandbox mode" before logging in the app:

  • On MacOS: press "fn + command + f2" keys
  • On Windows: press "Ctrl + F2" keys
