Answering a call in sandbox mode

I have created a Sandbox environment and we are trying to test call recording. The problem as I see it is that it does not start recording the call until a call is answered. How do I answer a call placed in Sandbox mode? Is it possible?

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

Look at the "DEVELOPER SANDBOX TOOLS" section on the right pane. Follow the instructions to download the app and run it in sandbox mode.

I am sorry to bother you again Mr. Vu, but I can't find the right pane that has the section. I am sure it is right in front of me, but I can't find it. Would you be able to provide a link?
