problems with message system

Message system is not working

for about half our users, especially when trying to send documents. Is there a problem?

What message system? How do you send a document? Remember that this is a Developer Community. If you develop an app or want to know about the RingCentral API platform, then post you questions with details here. Otherwise, contact RingCentral customer support or post your user question to the User Community.
