Extension going on DND when calls come in

I have an extension that is going on DND when call are sent to it. Is there a setting that is causing this?

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

Is the extension using a deskphone or app?

They are using the Desktop app.
