Logging into RingCentral on Salesforce

Description:

A user has their log in information saved on their computer for Salesforce but is still required to log into RingCentral. Seems like another unnecessary step that could easily be fixed (linked extension to email of Salesforce)


Goal:

Have users automatically signed into RingCentral when logged in on Salesforce


Troubleshooting:

No setting changes found

Hi Peter,

The salesforce login is different from the RingCentral login. Typically you would need your RC main company credentials in order to login with your salesforce integration which would not be possible to link to the email of salesforce. We will check from our internal team if anything of that sort can be done/enabled and will keep you informed.

Tip: switch to the "sandbox mode" before logging in the app:
