I am also unable to register a webhook subscription. I am receiving error SUB-524- HTTPS Certificate not valid, however I have verified the certificate using the recommended site  https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=https://medicareunion.doesntexist.com

Any reason why the subscription service is rejecting it?

If you are sure that your SSL certificate has no problem and you still get "SUB-524- HTTPS Certificate not valid" error. Please send an email to the developer support team or submit a support ticket.
