ThousandEyes Monitoring for sip.ringcentral.com & api.ringcentral.com

Has anyone setup monitoring of sip.ringcentral.com & api.ringcentral.com using ThousandEyes? We are testing their product to capture call quality and connectivity, but getting no return data. This could possibly be resolved by whitelisting our external ip addresses. I opened at Ring Central ticket, and they directed me here to ask this question.

I was able to get this working by using port 5090 for sip.ringcentral.com rather than 5060. Also I setup firewall rules allowing return traffic from the Thousand Eyes cloud monitoring agents for api.ringcentral.com
