Invitation link for new user

Hi I recently invited someone to glip. When she click the link in the email, she were prompt to a login page of Ring Central. However we can't find anywhere a link to create an account! We had to go back to homepage of RC, create an account and then follow the link in her invitation email. I don't understand why is so complicated. I will have to explain this to each new user, which is totally not user-friendly. Thanks Mlanie

Hi Melanie, 

If a user is directed to the log in page instead of the sign up page, then usually the user already has an account with that email and that is why the redirect takes place. Were you able to reproduce this log in redirect with another user you know does not have an account?
