There is a problem with Refused numbers.
The only time we see the refused numbers is in "Analytic" but does not show which numbers are missed, so our users call them back.
The only place that we can see the numbers, is in "Call Log" but you can find all the numbers but the one with Column "Refused"
there is a glitch or issue, that need to be fixed.
We have so many users refused some calls, they don't know how they got that error, but they don't know how to call them back, because the cannot see.
