SMS FAIL

I'm having trouble sending SMS. It says "message failed" or "message cannot be delivered". Does anyone know why is this happening? I need help! Please!

You have to call and speak to a representative. It's happening to me also. They have a case open for my system.

I just received confirmation that the intermittent receiving of texts is a known issue that is being actively researched. I'm not sure when it will be fixed. If you open a case, reference INC-25452, and you will receive an email when a resolution has been found.
