Ringout call doesn't ring the Chrome App

Ringout call doesn't ring the Chrome App

We have some agents that use only the RC Chrome App, through the API we send ringout calls to these agents, the phone never rings when I check the Call Log, I see:

Action: RingOut Web

Result: IP Phone Offline

For all the calls started from the API. I appreciate any help. Thank you.

If you are testing on sandbox, ring-out has an issue right now in the sandbox environment. We are trying to resolve the problem as soon as we can.

If you are testing on the production environment, then please contact the dev support team by submitting a support ticket.

Ringout on sandbox is up and run again. Please try if you are still working on sandbox.
