Voicemail phone number

I purchased a non-ringcentral phone and set it up (awesome help from Mannix in the Philippines). However, how do I set the phone up to automatically call the voicemail service? I do not want to call my office number and hit the asterisk and do the password dance. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @John Engelbert , for Non-RingCentral phones, it is the only way of checking your voicemails. If you have suggestions. Feel free to submit your feature idea in our Ideas Portal at https://ideas.ringcentral.com/.

I figured it out and made a work around I programmed the phone to dial my office number, hit *, then my 8 digit pin code and it works like a charm!

559-xxx-xxxx,*,xxxxxxxx

was what I programmed. Works flawlessly
