Pending Bullhorn notes: We've resolved an issue that caused Bullhorn notes to get stuck in a "Pending" state.

Agent notes improvement: When server-side call logging is active, agent notes manually entered from the Chrome extension will no longer be overwritten by server updates.

Bullhorn-specific update: Server-side call logging for Bullhorn will now exclusively use the API user session if it is configured with a username and password, improving reliability and security.
