IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR RINGCENTRAL CONFERENCING

On December 15, the dial-in numbers for RingCentral Conferencing are changing due to a server upgrade to better support voice quality. You and your employees must update any recurring meeting invites you have with the new dial-in number,

(267) 930-4000, no later than January 31, 2016.

During the transition, the old dial-in conferencing numbers will remain supported until January 31, 2016. However, all host and participants must dial-in to the same conferencing number to join the same meeting. Host and participant access codes will remain the same. At this time, there is no change to the dial-in number for RingCentral Meetings. Learn more.

Please forward this information to your employees to ensure everyone is enabled to use RingCentral Conferencing.
