RingCentral Video Network Testing
Network testing will be performed on the RingCentral Video service on November 20, 2020.
This will simulate an outage to measure the resiliency and effectiveness of our recovery process. Minimal impact is expected during the maintenance window.
What to Expect
Users will see a 'Reconnecting...' message in their meetings. Service will automatically attempt to re-establish the connection which should take about 3-5 seconds. Users who joined via dial-in numbers will need to dial back into the meeting.
