API Call log result no records

Hi, I created an API call using the call log endpoint and using sandbox data. The result shows no records even though there are data in the sandbox (https://service.devtest.ringcentral.com/settings/calls.html#simple). What could be the problem here? This is a known issue and our Engineering team is actively working on resolving this issue.

Same issue persists for us in sandbox. No records returned after attempting to retrieve all calls in the call log, which we've confirmed is not empty.

Is there any update on this issue?
Has this re-broken, since you last reported that you were receiving results as expected?

This is still happening to me. Please suggest the fix.
