QUEUE HISTORY

is there a way to run a report for queue history? im trying to see how long a tech was queued in and out along with a time stamp.

Thank you for that. I know i can see in live reports when they are queued out or available. I was looking to see if there was a way to show a time stamp of when they queue in and out.
