Cisco 8861 sidecar not supported

I bought a Cisco CP-8800-V-KEM-RF for a Cisco 8861. When I plug it in, it says accessory not supported. We have this sidecar on other 8861 with no problems. Any ideas?

Ahh, I see my mistake now. Will try to find the one I need as they are discontinued and ringcentral refuses to update the firmware for 8861.
