Microphone Settings Not Being Retained

We've been having an issue with Max users that keep having an issue with their internal microphone picking up the background noise. We restart the client etc and the only way to allow them to not pick up background noise is to disable the Microphone. However this isnt really a solution.

What is odd is that people will be fine and then it occurs.

Hi @John King, please clarify the issue. Are you getting this trouble in the RingCentral app?

Hi, sorry the issue is with Ring Central CC - So Max Client, but with RC app for outbound calls.

Thanks for clarifying, John. Would you please check on the KB Article below if this is the setting you're referring to? It's a setting that was present in the other app called RingCentral Phone.
