Internal extension ID not updating

When we have staff turnover we want to use the same extension numbers but change the name of the person at the particular extensions. I update the name in every place I can find but the old names still appear when you dial the extension.


Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Can you please send me a link to make a ticket? My caller ID isn't updating on a number I transferred from my last company to my new company.Caller ID still says "rightworks staffing" when it should say the name of my own company, ISOliance, LLC. ISOliance is a fresh new account.
