Typing While Receiving an Incoming Call Sometimes Cancels Them

Hello everyone,

I'm not sure if others have had/are dealing with this issue. If my coworkers or I are typing an email for example and we suddenly receive a phone call sometimes the buttons we press just ignore the phone call and it goes away. Does anyone have any recommendations or if they could let me know how to deal with this? Thanks.

Does it automatically cancels the incoming call or notifications will only went away but still keeps ringing?

I have had the same experince recently. I'm not sure if it's just certain keys, such as "return"
