Can't get into glip-app dev

I'm trying to use glip for creating a team. The CreateTeam API is failing both in my code and online (Try It) with Internal Service Error. Also, the dev glip-app site won't load on any browser - throws an error. Help

The glip-app is deprecated and replaced by the app.ringcentral.com for production and app.devtest.ringcentral.com for sandbox.

To your Create Team API question, did you try one of the sample codes from the dev guide? If not, please select a language and try it. If it does not work, post the error message here again.
