Why are incoming calls not showing as currently calling? Notification is only received when call is missed. Number is active and should receive calls 24/7. Is there another setting that could be making this happen?
Why are incoming calls not showing as currently calling? Notification is only received when call is missed. Number is active and should receive calls 24/7. Is there another setting that could be making this happen?
Are you using API to initiate the inbound call (ring out or callout? ). What device type are you using to receive the calls?
Can you check if you have enabled DND status ?
Can you check your Call Handling and Forwarding rules on service.ringcentral.com and verify If that's correct?
