Our main phone number goes directly to a ring group that rings all extensions. Unfortunately, many people text us at this number (mostly spam). How do I reply text from that number to “STOP”? I can only reply from my local extension, not the main number.
The extension that can reply through the main number is the operator extension only.
I cannot be the only one with this issue. Do I have my system set up wrong? Telling me that it not possible is not an option. This is becoming a major issue.
