Best Practices/call management protocols

Is anyone on here using RingCentral in medical clinic settings/primary care? We have varying practice locations with anywhere from 2-6 people who answer the phones. Can someone share their protocols for "Do not Disturb" use by staff or expectations for phone call answering? Looking for some tips for accountability and phone use behaviors of staff answering calls.
