Programming advise

Hi all! Have a scenario in a doctors office. I have 3 agents up front handling all the calls via an incoming call queue. I need to create a way for the doctors to call these agents in a fashion that puts their calls in front of the call queue so they can be a priority.

Any good ideas? Thanks in advance :)

There is no option to prioritize specific calls in the call queue. However, the doctors can call each extension directly. It will not follow the order of those agents in the call queue.

Thanks Mary. If I wanted all to ring at the same time when the doctors call, can I use a call pickup function or a ring group of some sort?

I suggest that you create another call queue extension with the same members that only the doctors can call.
