How do I take additional calls from the queue while I have a caller on hold in that queue?
Attachments: Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.
Hi! You can only take one call at a time in the Call Queue, which is why there should be other members who have to take other incoming calls.
Is there a work around or add on that I could use to see incoming calls even if I'm on a call with a caller in the call queue?
