An end user is saying he will get a fax notification via an email, he will open the app, and the fax is not in the app. Since there is no fax, he has to call the member/company and have the resend the fax.

Hi Patrick, another extension might have added his email address as one of the fax recipients. Check which number the fax was sent to, then find out which extension that number belongs to, so you can configure the email notification.
I only see one of his email address. He will get the email notifications but when he goes to the app and opens it, there is no fax.
