I had a free ring central video account. However, I purchased a standard service and created a new account but used the same email address, so when I try to login to the new account, I get an error that says "Credentials Already in Use".
You will be getting this error because it is not allowed to use the same email twice for creating or associating it with an extension. To proceed with using the email on a new account, you must delete your subscription on the old one.
