Receiving and viewing faxs

I have a problem with the faxes we are receiving. Ringcentral has been processing our faxes as TIFF form and we cannot view the documents. Is there any way to revert it back to PDF form?

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

Are you a developer? Did you send and receive faxes via your own app? Or via the RC app?

Developer sandbox tools
