How do you lock rinerg volume on a Yealink T57U phone.

How do you lock rinerg volume on a Yealink T57U phone. The operators turn down the volume and dont answer the calls or pages.

Our organization needed the same thing accomplished. We were able to utilize a custom config file.

This will likely require a custom configuration file for your environment's provisioning server. You can discuss with your account rep to explore options.
