How do I get copies of previous outgoing faxes?

I need copies of previous outgoing faxes for patient files.

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

Hi Patrick! The outgoing faxes are only available for 30 days and will no longer be accessible after that. The best way is to back it up through the RingCentral Archiver or by using a third-party app called RingClone.
