RC API for Calls

Hi,

I need help. Which RC API do I need to get the number of inbound and outbound calls of our reps?

PS. I'm not a developer, but I really need to go through this to get these data to build a report. What's more exciting is, the 2nd stage of this project is to build the report through Zoho Analytics.
