Hi,

Is there a way to add a Commit - callback schedule to a disposition on a call

Hi Evelyn,

You should be able to set the call for a call back using requeue with a requeue delay. It's not clear if this is what you are looking for from your question, but maybe these articles will help:

HI Craig,

What we are looking for is for a callback to be scheduled off the back of a disposition that we have already in the system. That instead of the agent manually creating one with the committ button that they could select a disposition which would then just prompt them to complete the time and date of the callback


Just to note we use contact centre and the RC Phone App not engage

Hi Evelyn,

Are you asking about RingCentral Contact Center? What you describe does not sound like our Engage Voice product.

Yes, the topic is noted for Contact center. As per my previous comment we dont use Engage
