Is the API authentication down right now?

I'm getting a 403 with an error response of "error code: 1010" when trying to refresh an access token through the API. Is the site down? Am I doing something wrong?

I'm having a similar problem. I can get authenticated and receive a token, but get 403 forbidden trying to retrieve active-calls list. My application has not been changed and this just started happening this morning.

My app is working again today without having changed anything, so I assume there was a glitch with ringcentral

Yes, it seems we had an incident yesterday that impacted parts of RC users but it was fixed.
