Can't log into RC App

I've created a sandbox account, downloaded the latest RC app to my PC but can't log in using any of the user creds created. I've read about switching the app to sandbox mode using ctrl + F2 but nothing pops up when I try that. Any ideas?

I've downloaded what looks like an old RC client from their app store and ctrl f2 works. So, is there another command / way to log into the latest RC client for a sandbox account?

Thanks but that seems like the standard client that doesn't allow me to log into a sandbox account.

RC app for sandbox is https://app.devtest.ringcentral.com

The instruction to switch between production and sandbox mode is for the RingCentral soft phone. Shown on the right-hand side column on this page.

@Phong Vu Please can you also help confirming an emergency address. If I try and dial out here https://app.devtest.ringcentral.com/ it asks for an emergency address and whatever I enter presents an error in a banner at the top of the window.

Hi Richard,

That is a known issue and the team is working on fixing it. Meanwhile, please use this workaround solution to make call from the RC app.
