HERE WE ARE NOVEMBER 2022 AND STILL NO SMS ANALYTICS. WE ALL PAY OUR BILLS TO RING CENTRAL BUT WHY ARE THEY DRAGGING THEIR FEET ON THIS. KEEP COLLECTING THAT MONEY MONTHLY THOUGH.
We don't have aggregated deliverability analytics for SMS yet, and it's on the roadmap for next year.
However we do have SMS usage reporting available for last 4+ months. It will provide all SMS usage across the account(and all its users) with details on sender, receiver, message segments, cost, etc. It can be viewed online as well as exported as CSV too. It's available to super admin role under Service Web(https://service.ringcentral.com/) -> Billing -> General Usage -> View Log (under Included SMS usage).

Can you be more specific as to an eta when this will be available? I have several managers that want weekly reports on the texting volume for each of their staff members. Going through the download process and having to filter the spreadsheet for 30 managers has become unfeasible at this point.
