How do I make RingCentral my iPad's cell phone carrier?

My iPad is cellular capable, but how do I make RingCentral my iPad's cell carrier? (I would like to make and receive phone calls from my iPad without having to get an iPhone. Thanks to anyone who replies.)

Hi James, RingCentral is not a network provider. We use an app to make and receive phone calls which require an internet connection.

Work together.
From anywhere.

Team messaging, video meetings
and phone - all in one app.
