SMS feature not enabled on Sandbox

Hi Team,

I am testing the SMS feature on ringcentral sandbox. I am using the following script:
https://developers.ringcentral.com/guide/messaging/quick-start#python

It's giving me the following error:

Login with JWT successful.

No SMS-enabled phone number found

The sandbox number is : +19294592728

Please help

Enabled from RingCentral side. Please check. If the error message is gone but sending SMS fails then post your update here so I can request for enabling from upstream.

Thank you! I see that the SMS is getting queued now. Appreciate your help. Is there a way to see the status of the SMS in the queue?

I am wondering if these SMS queues will be delivered as I don't get SMS in my phone number.
