We do not want to use the SMS text feature. We've tested and if someone texts us it looks like the text has been received, even though we do not receive it. Is there a way to reject inbound texts or send back a failed delivery notice?

Hi Ben, To opt out, submit a case to RingCentral Support and ask for SMS capabilities to be disabled on your account.
