We the registered the TCR though ring central.

1) Can and should we also register with the website www.campaignregistry.com

2) Is there like a customer portal with the TCR to show you if there any any complaints or fines on your account. What happens in the future if there are fines or issues with your compliancy where do we handle these matter. Though ring central or directly on TCR websites?

Please register through the RingCentral Admin Portal. TCR requires businesses to register through their communications service provider (CSP), and does not allow businesses to register directly with them.

In the future you will be able to see your status with the different carriers in the RingCentral Admin Portal to ensure that your campaign (use case) and the numbers assigned are all in good standing. If there are issues, RingCentral will work with you, TCR, aggregators, and carriers to help ensure everyone is understanding how the SMS is being used and ensure everything is compliant.

Lastly, the majority of fines are for non-compliance (for example using a personal cell phone to send marketing messages to get out of registration requirements). Typically customers will not incur fines but will see messages, numbers, campaigns, or their brand blocked instead. The outliers are fines for non-usage (creating campaigns with no numbers) or the P0 severity fine (which is usually only assessed to companies who are deliberately and repeatedly violating carrier rules and requirements) - these would be assessed through RingCentral by T-Mobile.
