How do I setup a notification to inform all users that a fax has been received?

I share an office suite with two other people. We are using this system for faxes only and we share one fax number here. We have set up three emails to allow each of us to SEND faxes. How do I set it up so that we are notified when we RECEIVE faxes? Right now the email notification goes to one person (the administrator).
