Is it possible to forward my department extension calls to a mobile phone and include IVR logic?

Is it possible to forward my extensions (Sales, Tech support, Accounting, etc) to a cell phone, and is it possible to add any IVR logic to the forwarding? Looking to forward calls to my cell phone that hit our Tech support line after hours, and if i cannot get to it then another cell phone is tried, etc. I have a voice system already and will not be utilizing RingCenterals VOIP solution. Is this possible without?
