Why can't I login to the smartphone app with the correct login and password?

Why can't I login from my mobile ios app? I'm using the right phone number. I'm using the right password. (both verified... even changed the password once to be sure). Anyone else have this problem?

I keep getting "Invalid phone number or password. Please try again." It's the right login and password. Extension or no extension makes no difference.

Frustrating! (I'm having no problem using the login/pass from my PC.

I am having this problem as well.  I have tried everything above, and yet still no luck.

There are two different Ring Central apps, make sure you download the correct one - if you have Ring Central w/ AT&T then make sure you selected the corresponding app, when you search the playstore you'll see the regular Ring Central app and RC with AT&T app...pick the one with AT&T if that's what you have..

Be sure that you are logging in with the MAIN number and extension.  I had this issue and was able to determine that direct extension numbers DON'T WORK when logging in.  I still called in and confused the support guys with it for posterity...

Be sure that your main number has administrative and operator capabilities too

My problem is the Samsung phone keyboard.  Whenever I put in my number it automatically puts in parenthesis and dashes. Nothing I can do can correct it.  HELP!
