Its great that Ring Central finally implemented call recording into the departments now However there's an issue with the announcements for call recording I've tried recording my own custom announcement to let the customer know they are being recorded and it always defaults to "This call is being recorded. If you do not wish to be recorded, please disconnect at this time." Is there a fix or resolution, its very frustrating recording it again and again and it not changing Thanks
