Two issues with the softphone

1) When ever I launch the softphone app, it get warning that I have entered the wrong username or password and have to re-enter it. I re-enter everything, click "save password" and everything works fine- until I quit the app. Then I have to re-enter the password again. Any thoughts 2) After deleting and installing the app (and all of the plist preferences, etc) a few times trying to fix this I now have 4 identical softphones to choose from in my ringcentral settings page, but only one of them works. Is there anyway to get rid of the duplicate, non-working softphones out of my account?
