cancelled service still being charged

On 1/12 I cancelled my service due to lack of use.I received an email confirmation. On 1/22 my bank account was again charged. I am unable to access my account due to the cancelled account and unable to talk to anyone at RingCentral. Do I have to change my bank account to stop this?
